NEW MAPS FROM KENTUCKY HYDROGRAFX
(KENTUCKY LAKE EAST SIDE BAYS SOUTH)

As a user of Kentucky Hydrografx mapping software, I can  tell you that these are the most precise topo maps available and they will definitely improve your fishing. No longer do you have to keep riding around watching your depthfinder to find just the right fishing spot. With these maps at your disposal, you just motor right to the top spots, cutting a lot of time and guesswork out of your day on the lake.

Whether you just want to print these maps out, or utilize the real time technology out on the lake, these are the most valuable tools you can have for fishing Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley.

Owner Patrick Hahs spends countless hours obtaining this information and is continually working to add new areas. The latest area added includes the East Side Bays of Kentucky Lake, just north of the Paris Landing bridge.

Here's more about the latest maps available from Patrick Hahs of Kentucky Hydrografx:

Just wanted to let you know that the newest series of map images is now available. We have just completed the "KY Lake East Side Bays (South)" series.

This includes re-mapped portions of Rushing, Ginger, Clay, Byrd, Tischel, Hughes, & Panther Bays. Also included are the 3 secondary channels immediately south of Blood river.

The high resolution topographic images now include hybrid backgrounds of aerial photography and a semi-transparent overlay of the tva navigation charts.

More exciting is the brand new ANIMATED 3D fly-through imagery for all of the re-mapped sections. If you have trouble understanding topo maps, the photorealistic fly-throughs look just like the lake has been drawn down about 25 feet.

Upcoming maps will include 3 bays south of the Hwy. 79 bridge in Tennessee. Standing Rock, Leatherwood, and Hurricane. I hope to have that done by mid-October.

The last mapping of the year will include another large area of Big Sandy. A large section south of the power line will be re-mapped this fall. This will include West Sandy, and quite a ways up the Big Sandy River. Probably somewhere around 2000 - 2500 acres more will be completed. I hope to be completing the on-water data collection by mid-November.
